sobre perimenopausa, menopausa i for\u00e7a<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f70b391 sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f70b391\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1285\"><strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1285\">\u201cJo els tinc tots.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1442\">Aquesta va ser una de les frases que m\u00e9s vam escoltar durant el primer taller presencial de NUWO sobre <strong data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1441\">perimenopausa, menopausa i entrenament de for\u00e7a<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1584\">Quan vam comen\u00e7ar a repassar alguns dels s\u00edmptomes habituals d\u2019aquesta etapa, moltes dones es van veure reflectides en una mateixa realitat:<\/p><p data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1733\">Cansament persistent, canvis en la composici\u00f3 corporal, problemes per dormir o insomni, boira mental, dolor articular, menys energ\u00eda, inflor o irritabilitat.<\/p><p data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1793\">I \u00e9s aqu\u00ed on moltes dones descobreixen una cosa important:<\/p><p data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1814\"><strong data-start=\"1795\" data-end=\"1814\">No estan soles.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2078\">El taller tenia un objectiu clar: ajudar a entendre qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant al cos durant la perimenopausa i la menopausa, explicar la import\u00e0ncia de la massa muscular i oferir eines pr\u00e0ctiques per afrontar aquesta etapa amb m\u00e9s coneixement, m\u00e9s sentit i m\u00e9s confian\u00e7a.<\/p><p data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2224\">Per\u00f2, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del contingut que vam compartir, el taller tamb\u00e9 ens va permetre escoltar les inquietuds reals de les dones que hi van assistir.<\/p><p data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2265\">I hi va haver una conclusi\u00f3 molt clara:<br \/><strong data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2392\">les dones estan buscant entendre qu\u00e8 els passa, saber qu\u00e8 poden fer i recuperar la tranquil\u00b7litat dins del seu propi cos.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-974185d e-grid e-con-full sc_layouts_column_icons_position_left e-con e-child\" data-end=\"2825\">Un dels missatges centrals del taller va ser entendre que molts dels canvis que apareixen durant la <strong data-start=\"2722\" data-end=\"2754\">perimenopausa i la menopausa<\/strong> no s\u00f3n conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d\u2019haver perdut disciplina ni de no cuidar-se prou.<\/p><p data-start=\"2827\" data-end=\"2980\">Moltes dones passen anys notant que alguna cosa ha canviat. I aix\u00f2 vol dir que podem compensar, ajustar i buscar opcions realistes al llarg del dia per aportar l\u2019energia i la prote\u00efna necess\u00e0ries.<\/p><p data-start=\"5579\" data-end=\"5609\">La clau no \u00e9s fer-ho perfecte.<\/p><p data-start=\"5611\" data-end=\"5673\"><strong data-start=\"5611\" data-end=\"5673\">La clau \u00e9s construir una estrat\u00e8gia coherent
